Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, compiling documentation, and taking minutes during meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Organize and maintain the files, ensuring that both physical and electronic records are up to date.
  • Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion, maintaining the highest level of integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
