  • Ensure a positive first impression by offering refreshments, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or location.

Answering and Managing Calls:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain a polite and helpful phone etiquette.

Managing the Reception Area:

  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Ensure magazines, brochures, and relevant materials are available for visitors.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff.
  • Maintain a calendar or booking system for conference rooms or facilities.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail or packages.

Security and Access Control:

  • Monitor access to the building, ensuring only authorized personnel or visitors are allowed entry.
  • Issue visitor badges or access cards as required.

Customer Service:

  • Address inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers.
