Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Account Reconciliation:

Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and intercompany transactions.

Month-End/Year-End Close:

Audit and Compliance:

Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.

Financial Analysis:

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
