  • Kitchen Management: Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food and kitchen inventory, order supplies, and maintain relationships with suppliers for fast food ingredients.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all fast food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality and safety standards.
  • Training: Train new kitchen employees on fast food preparation and restaurant standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that kitchen equipment, especially those used for fast food preparation, is maintained and in good working order.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations specific to fast food operations.
  • Budget Management: Manage the kitchen budget, control costs, and ensure efficient operations in a fast food setting.
  • Recipe Development: Develop new recipes for fast food items and determine their presentation.
  • Customer Service: Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from customers, ensuring a positive fast food dining experience.
