Afghan Reconstruction Federation (ARF) is a consortium established to leverage the combined synergies of its individual members towards a common goal - rebuilding Afghanistan\'s future. This ambition is clearly represented by the solidarity between our members. Our companies are individually successful in their own right, however, the tremendous scale of investment flooding into Afghanistan requires a superior asset platform from which to consolidate and execute high quality solutions for domestic and international customers. International best practices in combination with local knowledge is what defines ARF\'s management and this unique combination is the very fabric that binds ARF together.
