You will be responsible for handling the hiring requirements of US based clients.
Excellent English verbal and written communication is a MUST.
You will be recruiting candidates for multiple IT positions like Developers, Designers, Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Project Manager, Software Architect, Systems Analyst, etc.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including JD understanding, interviewing and shortlisting quality candidates.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Target oriented
Have experience of US recruitment laws
Experience: 3+ years

Shift timings: 7:00pm to 3:30am (Mon to Fri)
