Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, including corporate companies, travel agencies, event organizers, and local businesses in the Pakistani market.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to reach new customer segments and expand the hotel's market reach.
Actively network at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
Conduct site inspections, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure bookings for various hotel services including rooms, meeting spaces, catering, and events.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, converting leads into bookings, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and pricing accordingly.
Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages to attract new clients.
Identify and pursue potential partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and event organizers to generate additional revenue streams.
Develop and implement targeted sales initiatives for specific market segments like MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
