• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, including corporate companies, travel agencies, event organizers, and local businesses in the Pakistani market.   
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to reach new customer segments and expand the hotel's market reach.   
  • Actively network at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships. 
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.   
  • Conduct site inspections, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure bookings for various hotel services including rooms, meeting spaces, catering, and events.   
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively address any concerns. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, converting leads into bookings, and maximizing revenue opportunities.   
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and pricing accordingly.   
  • Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages to attract new clients. 
  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and event organizers to generate additional revenue streams.   
  • Develop and implement targeted sales initiatives for specific market segments like MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).   
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
