• Managing Candidate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Posting Job Ads: Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Handling Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and answering any queries.
  • Assisting with Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork and background checks are completed before the candidate’s start date.
  • Coordinating with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Pre-screening Candidates: Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and ensure qualifications align with job requirements.
  • Preparing Recruitment Reports: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
