Posting Job Ads: Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
Handling Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and answering any queries.
Assisting with Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork and background checks are completed before the candidate’s start date.
Coordinating with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
Pre-screening Candidates: Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and ensure qualifications align with job requirements.
Preparing Recruitment Reports: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Managing Recruitment Documentation: Organize and maintain all recruitment-related documentation, such as job descriptions, contracts, and reference checks.
Supporting Recruitment Events: Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events such as job fairs, open days, and virtual hiring sessions.
