We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team for a Sales & Customer Service Representative (CSR) position. This role supports one of our core products, a Matrimonial App, focusing on matchmaking, sales, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with inquiries about our services and products, providing professional and courteous support.
Handle incoming calls to provide detailed product information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns.
Process and manage customer orders, including cancellations, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and unresolved issues, coordinating with other departments when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

Proficient in both English and Urdu, with a clear and professional accent.
Strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
Flexible to work in various shifts as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum education: Bachelor\'s degree.
