Vurke BPO Services and HR Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role, where you will have the opportunity to work remotely and earn based on your performance. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business relationships globally in the BPO and HR services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients in global markets, focusing on BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and HR services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with international clients via email, phone calls, virtual meetings, and networking events.
  • Sales Presentations: Present our services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our BPO and HR solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (HR, Operations, and Marketing) to tailor solutions for client needs and ensure successful service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably in the BPO or HR services industries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a commission-based environment.
  • Global Market Understanding: Knowledge of international business practices and experience working with clients from diverse cultures.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing software, and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
