We are seeking a Cloud Computing Engineer with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on our client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Ensure data security and compliance in cloud environments.
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and address issues proactively.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Stay current with the latest advancements in cloud technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior cloud engineers.
Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes.
Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
Manage cloud costs and optimize spending through cost management strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with cloud orchestration and automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
