We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations at our NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) call center. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within a call center environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce by promoting equal-opportunity hiring practices.

2.Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

3. HR Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct workforce planning to anticipate future staffing needs.Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.

4. Managing HR Outsourcing Services:

Oversee relationships with HR outsourcing service providers.
Ensure outsourced HR services align with company policies and standards.
Monitor the performance of HR outsourcing services and address any issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
