We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations at our NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) call center. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within a call center environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce by promoting equal-opportunity hiring practices.
2.Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
3. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning to anticipate future staffing needs.Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.
4. Managing HR Outsourcing Services:
- Oversee relationships with HR outsourcing service providers.
- Ensure outsourced HR services align with company policies and standards.
- Monitor the performance of HR outsourcing services and address any issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
