• Making Long term and Short Goals for the business development of the Company
  • Coordinating between Company and Sales Staff
  • Making Sales plans and strategies
  • Review and Analysis of implementation of plans and strategies
  • Making the sales team able to achieve sales target
  • Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales.
  • Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
  • Market review of new products and services
  • Regular attending a monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings of company
  • Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
  • Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
  • Making sales reports of each team member and handing it over to HR department for maintaining files
  • Arranging meetings with the sales team to discuss sales performance of each of employee
  • Presenting inventories to the sales team timely
  • Presenting performance report of team to CEO / G.M
  • Must have a minimum 2 - 4 years of experience as a senior manager or team lead in real estate industry
