  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends, develop strategies for improvement, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage workforce planning to meet operational needs and budget constraints.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members in coffee preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss performance, share feedback, and promote team engagement.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate transactions and reducing discrepancies.
  • Maintain the caf's ambiance and presentation, updating displays and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
