Responsibilities:

Matching candidates to vacancies
Reviewing candidate applications
Best utilisation of company resources and tools i.e. Job Boards and LinkedIn
Ensuring accurate database records are maintained
General administration duties such as data entry, emailing
Headhunting and sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and social media
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service to candidates and clients

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Can do, positive attitude
Sustainability and equality focus - we expect you to act as a professional
You love a good challenge and are tech savy
You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and you will always come out on top
