Responsibilities:
- Matching candidates to vacancies
- Reviewing candidate applications
- Best utilisation of company resources and tools i.e. Job Boards and LinkedIn
- Ensuring accurate database records are maintained
- General administration duties such as data entry, emailing
- Headhunting and sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and social media
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service to candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Can do, positive attitude
- Sustainability and equality focus - we expect you to act as a professional
- You love a good challenge and are tech savy
