Core Software Proficiency: Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, 

Responsibilities:

  • 9:15 to 5 PM Working Hours.
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry / Customs Clearance is preferred. 

Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation.
  • Ensure tax compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Generate regular financial reports for management to support decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analyses.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

Audit Support:

  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support during audit processes.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations based on financial insights.

Compliance:

  • Knowledge of tax laws.
