Responsibilities:
- 9:15 to 5 PM Working Hours.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry / Customs Clearance is preferred.
Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure tax compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate regular financial reports for management to support decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and monitor budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analyses.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Audit Support:
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during audit processes.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Make recommendations based on financial insights.
Compliance:
- Knowledge of tax laws.
