Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage research projects from start to finish.
Serve as the primary contact for client servicing.
Execute projects adhering to guidelines, timelines & budgets.
Develop instruments, discussion guides, and questionnaires.
Prepare comprehensive analysis plans.

Desired Qualifications:

For Experienced Candidates:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in qualitative research.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in qualitative research software and tools.

For Fresh Graduates:

A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Market Research).
Demonstrated interest in qualitative research through academic projects or internships.
