Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage research projects from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary contact for client servicing.
- Execute projects adhering to guidelines, timelines & budgets.
- Develop instruments, discussion guides, and questionnaires.
- Prepare comprehensive analysis plans.
Desired Qualifications:
For Experienced Candidates:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in qualitative research.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in qualitative research software and tools.
For Fresh Graduates:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Market Research).
- Demonstrated interest in qualitative research through academic projects or internships.
