-Regularly being intact with reporting manager for reviewing open positions and their criticality.
-Assessment of needed skills, traits and attributes for the open positions.
-Liaisons with placement centers of top tier universities to attract fresh graduates for talent acquisition.
-Employee Head Count Analysis & Attrition Ratio Report for BHRCC (Board Meetings)
-According to market requirement, design and develop organization structure and career development for partners to meet company’s strategy and talent retention policy.

-Conduct interviews of the candidates and coordinate with departmental heads for further interviews
-Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and ensure that back-up is available for all key positions in the company
-Confer with the BMs and line managers and developed effective HR planning strategies and sourcing channels considering time-sensitive staffing requirements.
Training & Development
-Ensuring convenient access to staff guidelines/ policies/ procedures/ operational manual to all staff & ensuring all procedures are followed.
-Grievance management, disciplinary action procedures, establishing a complaint system and addressing the complaints.
-Responsible for branding activities of the company; maintain rapport with academia, attend expos and events ensuring adequate buzz about the company.

Performance Management
-A part of advising, designing and driving projects on succession planning, leadership & Talent development so as to strengthen the performance, entrepreneurial and ownership culture within the region

Payroll Management
-Maintain the monthly Salary Sheet with the help of integrated Attendance machines.
-Preparation of Payroll & coordinating with finance to ensure that the necessary adjustments of each employee are remunerated appropriately and against the monthly deadline.
