Responsible to achieved and succeed monthly Sales & Recovery targets assigned by the Upper Management.
Monitoring the performance of the Sales and Recovery and set goals to meet the monthly sales Target.
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Utilizing outbound telephone calls, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Maintain effective dealer’s network.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other department.
Responsible for assisting in development of brand strategy, consumer insight generation, communication big idea development, responsible for end to end campaign execution (including TVC development).
To achieve brand objectives i.e. Business objectives, Marketing/advertising objectives, Communication objectives.
Developing and launching new products and services in coordination with respective product/segment managers.
Monitoring, evaluating and applying learnings from Brand Health Indicators and other researches.
Provide meaningful input in development of marketing plans.
To work in close coordination with the creative agencies to achieve brand objectives. Providing strategic as well as tactical input to segment teams regarding brand related communication.
Managing the relationship with advertising agency/agencies for efficient and cost-effective communication solutions.
To propose and ensure delivery for the digital, sponsorship, partnership & media platforms resulting in brand growth.
To understand competitor’s strategy, work proactively and propose counter measures.
Designing of Marketing collateral to help in improving the sales of a product or service.
Responsible to achieved and succeed monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Daily visit to Hospital and responsible for promoting the product in existing and new market.
Take the order from retailers and coordinate with distributor.
Take feedback from the market regarding the quality of product which we are offering.
