COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
We are an early-stage startup in the USA that moves fast. We're solving a big problem: Once a B2B Software company gets a new customer, it takes about 60 days to get the new customer up and running. This long & tedious process is called customer onboarding. The people who help customers get onboarded struggle to use normal project management tools because these tools aren't meant for customer-facing projects. After discovering this problem, we built an MVP and changed our name to OnboardOps. Our MVP is a customer onboarding tool where onboarding managers create projects, invite customers, and execute together. For more info, visit our website onboardops.com.
