ABOUT US:Well then, maybe you want to join OnboardOps. After 6 months of research, we found a big problem: It takes 60 days for B2B SaaS companies to get their new customers up and running. This customer onboarding process includes data transformation, integration, and training. All of this overwhelms new customers, causing them to be unengaged.

OnboardOps is building a collaborative customer onboarding tool. B2B SaaS companies create an onboarding plan, invite customers, and execute together. Our Slack community of 30 customer onboarding managers are helping lead our product development.

  • You’re effective at short-term product planning by running weekly sprints based on our roadmap

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $1,300 per month
  • Fixed pay in USD, to avoid devaluation of PKR
