ABOUT US:Well then, maybe you want to join OnboardOps. After 6 months of research, we found a big problem: It takes 60 days for B2B SaaS companies to get their new customers up and running. This customer onboarding process includes data transformation, integration, and training. All of this overwhelms new customers, causing them to be unengaged.
OnboardOps is building a collaborative customer onboarding tool. B2B SaaS companies create an onboarding plan, invite customers, and execute together. Our Slack community of 30 customer onboarding managers are helping lead our product development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- You communicate clearly in English
- You are a full-stack developer that has built amazing products while wearing multiple hats
- You can create a pixel-perfect frontend that mimics Figma designs
- You’re effective at long-term product planning by balancing tech debt with business outcomes
- You’re effective at short-term product planning by running weekly sprints based on our roadmap
IT'S A BONUS IF:
You’ve led the development of a B2B SaaS Product that is being used by a sizeable audience.
♻️ ’ve used 4+ project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Trello, Wrike, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Mavenlink, etc.)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $1,300 per month
- Fixed pay in USD, to avoid devaluation of PKR

We are an early-stage startup in the USA that moves fast. We're solving a big problem: Once a B2B Software company gets a new customer, it takes about 60 days to get the new customer up and running. This long & tedious process is called customer onboarding. The people who help customers get onboarded struggle to use normal project management tools because these tools aren't meant for customer-facing projects.
