Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients over the phone to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our final expense insurance plans
- Address client objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Guide clients through the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective closing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Closer in a call center or sales environment, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of final expense insurance products and their benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
