Senior Human Resource Executive

As a Human Resource executive for a recruitment agency, your primary role is to act as an intermediary between employers looking to fill job vacancies. Your overall objective is to match the right candidates with the right job positions effectively and efficiently.

Identify potential candidates through various channels.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates.
Conduct interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and employers, ensuring that all parties are informed about the time, location, and relevant details.
Provide constructive feedback to candidates after interviews.
Develop and maintain relationships with both clients (employers) and candidates.
