Export Sales Executive

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing rice export company from Pakistan. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive specializing in non-basmati rice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our international sales efforts and work closely with the company owner.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive calling, networking, and using social media platforms.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Research international market trends and recommend strategies to drive sales growth.
Achieve assigned sales targets by successfully closing deals and ensuring timely receipt of payments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and track performance against targets.
Represent the company in meetings with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations.
Continuously seek out ways to improve the sales process and expand client networks.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in export sales (preferably within the rice or FMCG sector).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional networks and effectively close sales.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation is a plus.
