We are a dynamic and rapidly growing rice export company from Pakistan. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive specializing in non-basmati rice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our international sales efforts and work closely with the company owner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive calling, networking, and using social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Research international market trends and recommend strategies to drive sales growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by successfully closing deals and ensuring timely receipt of payments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and track performance against targets.
- Represent the company in meetings with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve the sales process and expand client networks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in export sales (preferably within the rice or FMCG sector).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks and effectively close sales.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation is a plus.
