We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team, enhance customer experience, and drive operational success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee daily customer interactions to ensure satisfaction with cargo and courier services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Monitor and report on service levels, KPIs, and customer feedback to improve processes.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the customer service team to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- Manage escalations and work with key clients to ensure their cargo and courier needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the cargo or courier industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with cargo and courier logistics, tracking systems, and service management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
