Manager Customer Support

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team, enhance customer experience, and drive operational success.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
Oversee daily customer interactions to ensure satisfaction with cargo and courier services.
Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Monitor and report on service levels, KPIs, and customer feedback to improve processes.
Train, mentor, and motivate the customer service team to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Manage escalations and work with key clients to ensure their cargo and courier needs are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the cargo or courier industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with cargo and courier logistics, tracking systems, and service management.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
