Health & Rural Development services Foundation Previously Known as Human Resource Development Society (HRDS) was established in April, 1992. It is registered under Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Act, 1961 DDSW-LD/92-417 (23rd April 1992). HRDSF holds CSO Certification Award by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP), Certificate No: PCP-2011/213. It certifies the HRDSF in Internal Governance, Financial Management and Programmed Delivery. HRDSF works for the development and prosperity of deprived rural communities especially women and children without any discrimination of caste, colour, creed, culture, sect and religion or ethnic discrimination.
