As a Calling Agent at Blue Cascade, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with customers and providing them with top-notch service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Achieving and exceeding performance targets and goals.
Continuously improving your knowledge of our offerings to better serve our customers.

Requirements:

Expert English speaking skills. (A must)
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
