As a Calling Agent at Blue Cascade, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with customers and providing them with top-notch service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Achieving and exceeding performance targets and goals.
- Continuously improving your knowledge of our offerings to better serve our customers.
Requirements:
- Expert English speaking skills. (A must)
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
