1. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

2. Core Competencies

Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and content optimization for social media.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track performance and insights.
Ability to create high-quality visual & written content (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, etc.). (Optional)
Skilled in video editing for short-form and long-form content. (Optional)

3. Key Responsibilities & Skills

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, reels, and stories.
Monitor trends & algorithms to optimize content performance and reach.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Analyze social media metrics to measure success and implement data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling.

4. Soft Skills & Attributes

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational & time management skills – ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns.

5. Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

Knowledge of email marketing and audience engagement techniques.
Familiarity with AI tools for content automation and efficiency.
