1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

2. Core Competencies

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and content optimization for social media.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track performance and insights.
  • Ability to create high-quality visual & written content (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, etc.). (Optional)
  • Skilled in video editing for short-form and long-form content. (Optional)

3. Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, reels, and stories.
  • Monitor trends & algorithms to optimize content performance and reach.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure success and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling.
