Zarrar Designs, a leading architectural firm with a focus on innovative and sustainable design, is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and executing a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial developments, and will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design from concept to completion, ensuring design quality and adherence to client requirements.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee and coordinate with construction teams to ensure the successful execution of designs.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical advice and creative solutions.
- Review and approve project documentation and shop drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with large-scale projects such as zoos, safari parks, or other recreational facilities.
- Familiarity with landscape architecture and urban planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
