Digital Advertising Specialist - Google / Facebook Ads

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Advertiser to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Bing, and other platforms. This is a remote position, so the ideal candidate must be self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to refine campaign strategies.
Create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with our design team.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in running digital ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Bing, and other platforms.Strong understanding of ad performance metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation.Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
