Xacrosoft is seeking a Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of exclusive experience as an Upwork bidder and at least 2 years of experience as a BDM in a software agency.
- Proven experience in freelance platforms exclusively on Upwork and bidding, as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven experience in Bidding on Mobile applications(React Native | Flutter) | MEAN/MERN STACK |.NET Projects
- Must have the ability to handle clients, mature leads into clientele, and handle pressure.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to be well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Must possess commercial awareness, a creative mind, and a strong understanding of SDLC core concepts such as Agile, project scope, and fulfillment.
- Fluency in English.
- Must have a graduate or master's degree and be able to join and resume operations with little to no training.
