Graduate Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Machnical from reputable institution with 1-2 years production and QC experience in relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Fiber and LAN cables manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certification in quality management (ISO 9001), lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Pakistani regulatory requirements.
