As a PPC and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid search campaigns and organic search strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our clients. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has a deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, and can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

PPC Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.

SEO Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including keyword research, meta tags, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions to improve site performance, indexability, and crawlability.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 1 year in managing PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
