The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms. The candidate must have a deep understanding of digital marketing, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of successful PPC campaign management. This role involves strategizing, executing, monitoring, and analyzing PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Social media, and e-Commerce platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns. (Add PPC keywords & negative keywords)
  • Optimize bidding at keywords, placement, device, geographic, demographic and other levels.
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
  • Ensure and monitor that the ad campaigns does not tip over the weekly/monthly budget.
  • Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud.
  • Review and maintain quality score, impressions, shares and other metrics important to paid marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to ensure optimal results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and maintain Quality Score, impression share and other metrics important to paid marketing.
  • Perform A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Monitor, evaluate and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and PPC trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the our team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • 1+ Year of Proven experience as a PPC Specialist.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, e-Commerce, and Social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficient in keyword research and using PPC management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have an eye for ad visuals.
  • Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certification is a plus.

Shift Timings:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night Shift - 9 PM to 6 AM
  • On-site Working
