Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of AR and credit Analysts responsible for credit quality and collections.
  • Review and approve recommended customer credit limits from the team within established credit authority.
  • Recommend proposed credit limits to the Director for requests over credit authority.
  • Review AR aging reports regularly to ensure that collection milestones established are observed.
  • Collaborate with the Director to support team members’ performance and growth through coaching, mentoring, training, performance reviews, and providing career development opportunities.
  • Serve as an advisor and escalation point for credit and collections activities.
  • Monitor processing of invoices.
  • Set performance goals, provide feedback, and ensure timely customer billing/aging issues resolution.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
  • Research and resolve key account billing issues.
  • Resolve difficult repayment issues with delinquent customers.
  • Manage special projects as assigned both within the department or the organization.

Qualification & Experience:

  • ACCA / CA / ACMA / M.Com / MBA.
  • 7-10 years in A/R & Credit Management.
  • 5-10 years’ in Accounts Receivable or Credit with high transaction volume (50K+).
  • 5+ Years of hands-on SAP or large ERP experience.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze D&B Credit Reports.
  • Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel.
  • Present relevant and timely top portfolio accounts to management to identify relevant key issues and recommend appropriate actions to resolve them.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage time efficiently with the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong project management skills.
