Yu will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals and support our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing necessary training and orientation.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees, facilitating professional development and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, recommending improvements and adjustments to HR policies and practices.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
