We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in React Native development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in React Native and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing risks and maintaining quality
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
- Conduct project retrospectives and identify areas for improvement
- Continuously monitor industry trends and technologies to identify new opportunities and improve project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in React Native development and project management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Last degree must have more than 85% score
