We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Sales Representative to sell our web design and development services by making outbound calls to potential customers in the UK and USA. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, with a preference for those who have a British or American accent. The ideal candidate should also have prior experience in outbound call center sales.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers in the UK and USA to pitch our web design and development services
- Presenting our services in a compelling manner and answering any questions or concerns the potential customers may have
- Achieving sales targets and goals
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the management team
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills with a preference for those who have a British or American accent
- Prior experience in outbound call center sales is highly desirable
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to persuade and negotiate
- Familiarity with web design and development services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
