We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Enabler Customer Experience, based in Karachi. Join our team as a Customer Experience professional where you will be responsible for managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.

What we expect from you:-

  • Handling inquiries and requests related to orders, delivery, and warehouse via chat ensuring promptness and accuracy
  • Updating tickets in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
  • Utilising the CRM system efficiently to track and manage customer interactions and resolutions
  • Staying updated with product knowledge and customer service best practices
  • Escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders ensuring timely resolution
  • Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to processes or systems to prevent future occurrences
  • Having a strong command of writing

Qualification: 

Bachelor preferably in a related field

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Customer Experience/Customer
