Ensure general hygiene and upkeep of office premises by overseeing regular maintenance and repairs of office furniture, infrastructure & vehicles.
Supervise office attendants, gardeners, janitorial, security and administration support staff, leading the Administration team, and ensuring that all assigned functions & duties are properly performed, executed, and delivered within time frames and report administrative concerns to management on a timely basis,
Execute day-to-day activities in a systematic manner, ensuring appropriate & efficient division of tasks & duties.
Minimum graduation and 5 years related experience with a housing society will be preferred.
Good communication (written and verbal)
